Green Smoothie





NO CALORIE COUNTING JUST SENSIBLE EATING AND PORTION CONTROL

Coconut milk - fats and flavour!!! (no complaining here health benefits out weighed the nagging voices)
Spinach - Folate, and iron (amongst others)
Flaxseeds - essential fatty acids, soluble and insoluble fibres
Soya Protein powder (says it all really)
Almond powder - more protein, calcium and good fats
Frozen mango and banana - Potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A,
Soya milk with added vitamin B12 and Calcium

OK...I know there are alot more nutrients rolling around in this drink but am not about to spend hours typing about that unless of course you really need to know (send me a message). I just want to get to the good stuff, the part where it is in my tummy!!!

Any way enough talking about what's in the darn thing lets get drinking..


Just bang it all in a blender/food processor and blitz till well combined pour in whatever drinking vessel one has and make a meal of it!!
